Photo digital Downloads may be included as part of a service or purchased from Bridgeman Academy’s online store.
Bridgeman Academy of Performing Arts grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable perpetual personal-use license to download and copy the accompanying image(s) subject to the following restrictions:
The license for the Media is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the Media. Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with Bridgeman Academy of Performing Arts.
There are no warranties, express or implied. The Media are provided 'as is.' Neither Bridgeman Academy or Bridgeman Academy's vendors will be liable for any third-party claims or incidental, consequential, or other damages arising out of this license or the Client's use of the Media.
It is understandable that the Client might want to share and post purchased photographs from Bridgeman Academy on the internet to social media platforms. This agreement will serve to authorize the right to allow the posting of purchased photographs to these social media platforms, bound under the conditions that Bridgeman Academy of Performing Arts is credited. And, that downloaded or shared photographs are not tampered with, altered, or cropped in any manner, and the image manipulation utilizing photo editing programs and/or filters.
Additionally, it is clearly understood and agreed, that the Client will not remove, or have removed, any watermarks from internet images Bridgeman Academy has uploaded to their website. Furthermore, the Client is permitted to share photographs posted to Bridgeman Academy’s social media pages. The sharing delivery method cannot be performed via computer screenshots or any type of snippet program.
What you can do:
Personal, Non-Commercial use of the Media includes:
- Download for the intention of displaying on personal websites, sharing on social media websites, and as smartphone or computer backgrounds.
- Making image prints for personal use only.
What you may not do:
Buyer may not:
- Use the Media in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration or use The Media in advertising.
- Use the Media in an obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner.
- Incorporate the Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks.
Bridgeman Academy of Performing Arts retains all rights, licenses, copyright, title, logo, and ownership of the Media.
